Position: Education Outreach Program Coordinator
Type: Summer job / age 30 & under

Location: Remote. Ideal candidates will live in or near Toronto or Peterborough to support on-site activities.
Pollinator Partnership Canada (P2C) is a registered charity dedicated to the protection and promotion of pollinators and their ecosystems through conservation, education, and research. P2C is hiring an Education Outreach Program Coordinatorto support our habitat creation initiatives, including outreach, education, and conservation efforts in Canada.
The Education Outreach Program Coordinator will work alongside Pollinator Partnership Canada staff to support with data review and transcription, including the enhancement of existing educational tools and resources, such as the Native Plants Finder, and Ecoregional guides. In addition, the ideal candidate will support content creation, and advertising Pollinator Week celebrations. We offer programming across Canada in English and French. Ability to support French language content development is considered an asset.

To be eligible for the CSJ position, you must:
** The youth must be 15 years of age at the beginning of the employment period. The youth may be more than 30 years of age at the end of the employment period as long as the youth was 30 at the beginning of the employment period.
*** International students are not eligible participants. International students include anyone who is temporarily in Canada for studies and who is not a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person who has been granted refugee status in Canada. Youth awaiting a refugee status ruling, as well as those who hold a temporary visitor visa, youth visa or work visa are ineligible. As the objective of the Canada Summer Jobs program is to support youth entering the Canadian labour market, the temporary nature of an international student’s time in Canada does not allow for a long-term connection to the labour market.
