Cabot Shores Wilderness Resort and Retreat Centre is seeking an executive chef for upcoming 2019 season. We emphasize garden-to-table practices and sourcing of local seafood. All our dishes are made from scratch. Thorough knowledge and experience of seafood/fish, meat/chicken, vegetarian/vegan cooking is required. Experience in cooking meals a la carte for 10-60 people, and for groups (10-50+ people). Fast-paced but friendly environment.
On-site housing is available.
