iQ Food Co. is getting ready to open our 6th location in Mid-September + we're looking for more people to join our team.

Our Team Members begin their days by carrying out basic food preparation while maintaining meticulously clean work environments. They ensure that key ingredients are cooked on time and our stations are fully prepared for the day’s service. Team Members then transition to execution, working as a group to assemble and plate every dish we serve with an emphasis on consistency and presentation. Finally, they focus on organization, ensuring our fridges and dry storage areas are neatly kept and properly organized for next day’s service.

While certain aspects of the role call for independent work, we move together and work as a single unit driven by a passion for excellence and a common love of sustainable and seasonal food.
