Position: Brewery Production Team Member
Organization: Booch Organic Kombucha
Location: London, Ontario

If you are passionate about fermentation, care about local organic food, and have a strong work ethic, you might be the right person to join our team at Booch Organic Kombucha.

We are looking to hire someone who is able to help us in our manufacturing facility of brewing and bottling organic kombucha- an effervescent, probiotic-rich tea beverage. We are looking for a hard worker who is ready to learn, grow, taste, and get their hands dirty (in kombucha!!!).


  • Ability to lift 50lbs
  • Good attitude, ability to work in team setting, good communication
  • Ability to work fast and efficiently, follow direction, and pay attention to detail
  • Ability to take initiative
  • Able to work 35+ hours a week, and some weekends


  • Post Secondary education
  • Safe Food Handling Certificate (considered an asset)
  • Experience with and knowledge in lacto fermentation/ passion for learning about kombucha
  • Prior experience in food/beverage processing and/or brewery, winery, or distillery
  • Interest or experience in area’s related to health promotion, organic food security, permaculture, and environmental regeneration
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and continue to be an active team player when challenges occur
  • Strong communication skills

Daily/weekly Tasks:

  • Cleaning of workstation, set up/cleaning bottling line, applying caps, heat seals etc.
  • Transferring of kombucha, lifting kegs, blending and flavouring kombucha
  • Following all safe food handling processes, SOPs, CCPs

 Salary: $14.50 / hour minimum of 35 hours per week (depending on the successful applicant’s availability). Wage increase potential after 90 day probation period.
