Position: Kitchen Lead for superfood cafe (
Organization: nutbar
Location: Toronto, Ontario

Looking for a positive, dynamic and health-minded individual to join our work family at nutbar. We’re searching for someone who believes in our mission and vision of making people feel good by serving the highest-quality, most nutrient-dense foods and is excited about joining a growing local business. In this role, you’ll work alongside our Kitchen Manager to help prepare our all-organic, superfood-focused menu, while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

Kitchen Lead must:

  • Successfully work independently and efficiently
  • Be detail oriented
  • Comfortable with multi tasking
  • Self direct daily time and task management
  • Great grasp on basic prep an using a robot coupe and high powered blender for menu items
  • Foster communication with the Front of House staff so the BOH + FOH are working as a cohesive unit.

Previous experience working in plant base kitchen is not necessary, but a bonus.

Wage is negotiable depending on experience.
