Position: Kitchen Coordinator
Restaurant: Mer's Beach Pub

The Kitchen Coordinator is responsible for the daily operation of the kitchen, which serves a small pub-style menu. • Interest in community life, the beach and having fun.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Legally able to work in Canada.

Working Conditions

Mer’s is a community-oriented business that serves a unique variety of locals and visitors. The kitchen will probably be hot but we can open some doors and windows and turn on a fan and there is a private area outside for staff breaks. You will be on your feet throughout the majority of your shift and be dealing directly with customers and suppliers. If you’re just interested in punching the clock and getting a paycheck, then this place probably isn’t for you. However, if you’re open to embracing the Port Bruce beach community, all while working hard to be of service to others, then there’s a good chance you’ll have a great time with us.

  • To be discussed
  • 2 meals per day
  • Opportunities we can’t even see yet

Start date is ASAP so we can organize the kitchen and plan the menu.
