Position: Administrative Coordinator
Organization: Capital Region Food and Agriculture Initiatives Roundtable
Location: Victoria, BC


CRFAIR is a not-for-profit community based organization that acts as a coordinating backbone to a network of food, farm and health organizations (The Good Food Network) that are working to promote healthy and sustainable food systems in the Capital Region. Currently, we are seeking a resourceful, creative, detail-oriented person who can see the big picture and work as part of a busy team to get the job done. We manage many projects and relationships in a complex work environment that requires both careful planning and the ability to respond to changing conditions. This position in our team will be the glue that holds our busy team together, creating a productive, creative and positive work environment.

Administrative Coordinator

This position will play a central role on the CRFAIR Team and reports to the Executive Director. This part time position will be centered on providing administrative coordination and program support to the core team members (Executive Director, Communications, and Operations). The key responsibilities of this position are to coordinate internal communications and administrative systems, manage the office, and support meeting and event logistics as needed. This position will support financial and legal management of the society, assisting the Operations Manager. The position may assist with program implementation, monitoring and tracking as well as budgeting, evaluation and reporting.
