About Sweet Digz Farm

We are a small-scale ecologically-sustainable farm on leased land in Steveston (Richmond), BC. We grow vegetables for our local Richmond community through our CSA and a Saturday market. We believe in food justice and run a SHARE it Forward program that has seen amazing support from our customers, who donate funds so we can distro veggies to folks less able to access fresh local veg.

Sweet Digz Farm is run by owner-farmers Kareno Hawbolt & Kimi Hendess. We are passionate about sustainable farming, being good earth stewards, mentoring beginner farmers, and building community around food. We aim to create an educational, empowering vibe where everyone feels appreciated while also being challenged to work their butts off in the extraordinary conditions of weather, timeframes, and general highs and lows that are the daily reality of farming. We believe in heart work and hard work... giving the earth our care and gratitude, we are rewarded by amazing bounty. Please check out for more about us.
