Location: Lower Mainland/Fraser Valley BC

Are you hardworking, conscientious, reliable, and prefer to be in a collaborative work relationship rather than be dictated to?

Do you possess an adventurous spirit, fun and can-do attitude?

Are you passionate about tasty food using the freshest and highest quality locally sourced ingredients? Do you care about the sustainability and reform of the meat inudustry particularly poultry? Do you know that poultry theoretically should be the most sustainable meat but is considered the least sustainable by leading pasture farmers.

Finally, do you find satisfaction in building and experiencing the steady growth quality craft, artisanship and relationships rather than quick fixes and shortcuts and is much more satisfying and dignified over the long haul? Does being a co-founder of a startup and co-owner as part of a worker cooperativd appeal to you? Do you believe you are meant to help create lasting and positive reform?
