Awai Restaurant is group of dedicated individuals, working together to provide our guests with an exceptional experience in plant-based dining.
Our team members have worked in a wide range of restaurants the world over. We work collaboratively, drawing on this broad knowledge and experience to create our eclectic style of service.
We are looking for an ambitious individual who wants to experiment with their skills and are drawn to trying out new ingredients and tastes.
We do completely plant-based tasting menus, but are looking into offering certain dishes a la carte.
In our kitchen you will experience making everything from vinegars and kombuchas to cheeses and ice creams completely from scratch. Your primary role with us would be to support during prep, but we are always welcoming to creative individuals and their ideas.
The ideal individual will have a minimum of 2 years as a cook, knife skills and posses the ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality.
