We’re 100km Foods, and we connect local farmers with urban markets. With our help, farmers get access to large, urban markets and customers get access to delicious, farm-fresh food at local restaurants, hotels, and retailers. It’s a win-win for all involved.

As our new Warehouse/Receiving Manager, you will use your skills to lead a team of warehouse packers, develop and implement new warehouse procedures and be an integral part of our growing management team.
Success in this role means the following:
The ideal candidate for this position will have great people skills and experience managing a team, have excellent written and oral communication skills, and be very detail oriented, but also able to step back and see the big picture. They will envision and lead a team in executing procedural improvements. They will have high emotional intelligence and treat internal and external partners with respect and professionalism.
Although this is not a primarily physical position, the successful candidate will need to be able to comfortably lift and carry up to 50lbs, be comfortable on their feet for extended periods of time and be prepared to get involved and assist with packing/receiving/storing of product as needed.
The Practical Stuff
You’ll work from our Toronto office 2pm to midnight, Monday to Thursday, and a four hour shift on Friday may be required. We offer a base salary, group benefits, and above all, the chance to do meaningful work on a great team.
