VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Position: Organic farm volunteers
Organization: Elmgrove Organic Collective
Location: Sutton, GTA, Ontario (carpooling / 1 hr from Toronto)

Do you want to do some farming this year? Helping out on an organic farm is a great opportunity to learn practical growing skills, to meet wonderful like-minded folks, and to go home with loads of organic veg!

At our farm in Sutton, ON (approx 1 hour from Toronto), our primary volunteer day will be Monday and Wednesdays and Sundays from May to mid-October, and runs from 7:30am-3:30pm (flexible). Volunteer activities include a combination of planting, weeding, harvesting, preparing veg for market, plant care, etc.

No commitment is necessary — come as often or as little as you want. You can meet us at the farm or there are some carpooling options.

Email us to be kept in the loop and for more details.

Happy growing, and we hope to see you on the farm soon!
