2023 Young Agricultural Entrepreneur Program

Location: Georgina, Lake Simcoe, Ontario
Rate: $18/hour (approx 35 hour week) + 5-6 hours of free tuition
Accommodation: available for $400/mo. (optional)
Start Date: Flexible spring start date - April/May until the end of October 

We are not looking for job seekers, we are looking for changemakers — people who are passionate about farmwork that helps the land, the lake, and the community thrive! Join our ClearWater Farm team to begin your career in regenerative farming and local food on the beautiful shores of Lake Simcoe. 

Our Agripreneur program is a multi-year experiential learning opportunity that takes individuals from developing physical skills and basic farming knowledge (year one), through increasingly independent work (years 2-3) with opportunities in years 3-5 to access increasing amounts of land to be farmed for their own account. 

ClearWater Farm is an educational farm abuzz with activity; we host school trips and kids programs; we sell fabulously fresh food while training young farmers; and our barn is becoming a hub for community gatherings, arts events, and a place where everyone can share what they learn.
