About Us:

ElevATE Society is a not-for-profit organization with dual goals. The first is creating self-sustaining social enterprises that return all profits to local charities. Once these social enterprises are up and running, the second goal is to create employment opportunities for people with barriers to employment with training and living wage employment.

ElevATE’s inaugural project is the Cultivate Food Truck. Not just any food truck - the Cultivate Truck visits hospitals throughout the lower mainland and serves healthy, locally-sourced and seasonal meals to hospital staff, patients and members of the community. All profits go back to the hospital foundations and support mental health programs, cancer research and many other amazing health care initiatives. When the truck is not at a hospital, we plan to offer catering with all profits going to support local community charities.

Once the Cultivate Food Truck is operating on a regular schedule, we will look to hire and train people with barriers to employment and pay them a better than living wage - allowing employees to make significant contributions to their communities while supporting their families and breaking the cycle of inequity.

We acknowledge that we live, work and play on the ancestral, traditional, and unceded territory of x?m?θk??y??m (Musqueam) peoples.
