Position: Gardener/Landscaper
Organization: Farm Centre Legacy Garden
Location: Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island

We are seeking experienced gardeners and landscapers to work in the Legacy Garden, an urban farm in Charlottetown.

Our gardens consist of a one-acre food forest garden, a large community garden with over 200 allotments, a one-acre "Goodwill Garden" from which we grow vegetables that are donated to charities, plus various themed, edible landscaped gardens.

Due to COVD-19 restrictions, we will only consider applicants who are already living on Prince Edward Island.

The Garden is one of the largest urban farms in Canada. We operate as a social enterprise, producing over 25,000 #'s of produce which we donate to charities in order to help alleviate food insecurity. We also have 160 community garden allotments, various themed gardens and a community orchard (food forest). We also grow flowers and herbs and manage a weekly, seasonal farmers market.
