We are looking for a chef passionate and creative to help prepare one or numerous Farm Dinners this fall and winter!
You would be working with the owners, who are also the farmers to create 4-6 plates using as much from our gardens and farm and of course within Perth County and area.
Our vision for the dinners is an approximate time range of 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM one night (to start) weekly. The dinners would be outdoors and continue through the winter in our greenhouse.
We are looking to do a test launch night with some invited members of Perth County and guests on Thursday September 2nd.
There will be a promotional video of the evening as well photography.
I am open to chatting with interested chefs about how they would execute a farm dinner and a timeline for prep, as well as their expectations for pay. I would also considering hiring a full time chef for the following year round farm dinners.
