Are you keen to learn about regenerative agriculture?
Are you looking to work with wonderful, like-minded people?
We are looking for passionate & imaginative individuals to join us in the care of our organic farm. As part of the Ignatius farm team you will join our vision in regenerative local food systems, eco spirituality, community agriculture, and farm ecosystem education.
Ignatius Farm is part of the Ignatius Jesuit Centre in Guelph, Ontario. Farm work is demanding! You will sweat and have sore muscles, but will also find the work to be meaningful and rewarding. Both the farmers and farm assistants provide field leadership, but you will also do so over the course of the season. We prioritize clear communications through team meetings, using radios, daily job boards, and building up the team with knowledge. We expect everyone to contribute their best.
“Growing good food, with good people was one of the best learning experiences of my life.”
Kiersten Vizzacchero, Former Intern

Includes a $400 monthly stipend, optional housing benefit and a CSA share.
