Serve2Nourish Outreach is a community-rooted charity transforming surplus food and resources into programs that empower, educate, and nourish underserved communities. We’re seeking a Volunteer Chief of Admin to help streamline our operations and support our growing impact.

About the Role:

As Chief of Admin, you’ll work closely with our Executive Director and board to keep our internal operations organized, clear, and running smoothly. Your leadership behind the scenes will help drive real change in our community.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain internal records, documents, and policies
• Help manage schedules, communications, and team coordination
• Support onboarding and tracking of volunteers and team members
• Assist with basic HR, meeting coordination, and admin systems
• Identify areas to improve workflow and efficiency

You Are:

• Highly organized and proactive
• A strong communicator who loves clarity and structure
• Passionate about equity, food security, and community impact
• Comfortable with remote work and collaborative tools (like Google Drive)
• Experienced in admin, HR, or nonprofit coordination (preferred, not required)

Details:

• Location: Remote (Canada-based preferred)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Time Commitment: 10–20 hours/month (flexible schedule)
