Salary: $16.00 to $22.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 35 hours per week
Terms of employment: Permanent employment; Full-time
Hours: Flexible hours; Shift; Weekend
Start date: Starts as soon as possible

Responsibilities / Tasks:

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Inspect kitchen and food service areas
• Order supplies and equipment
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Clean kitchen and work areas
• Manage kitchen operations

Benefits

Financial benefits: Gratuities (Tips: 6% of total food sales. Tips are divided with all kitchen staff. Approximately $1.50 - $3.00/hour depending on food sales)
