Hiring: Cook/Baker
Farm: Lynn River Farm
Location: Stratford, Ontario

Are you passionate about food, farm-to-table living, and creating beautiful, nourishing experiences? We’re looking for a dedicated and creative person to join our team at Lynn River Farm to help build our Graze Boxes—our curated farm-fresh boxes filled with seasonal baked goods, prepared ingredients, and local delights.

You’ll be part of the hands-on process of preparing, baking, assembling, and packaging our signature boxes. This is a role for someone who loves working with their hands, appreciates quality ingredients, and takes pride in crafting beautiful, delicious food.

What You’ll Do:

• Bake and prep components for our Graze Boxes (e.g., breads, sweets, savoury bites)
• Prepare ingredients using safe, efficient, and clean kitchen practices
• Assemble Graze Boxes with attention to detail and aesthetic presentation
• Assist with general kitchen tasks, inventory, and cleanup
• Support seasonal food preservation or special projects, as needed

Requirements:

• Kitchen experience (especially in baking and food prep)
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small, dynamic team
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, seasonal kitchen environment
• A positive, reliable attitude and willingness to learn

Schedule & Hours:

This position is full-time or can be modified to slightly less than full-time, with flexibility for the right candidate.
Some weekends will be required.
