Job Title: Senior Line Cook
Restaurant:XO Bisous 
Location: St. Clair West 

Employment Type: Full-Time, Wednesday to Sunday.
Schedule: daytime, weekdays (primarily morning and early afternoon shifts) and weekends.

We’re currently seeking a Senior Line Cook who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and can work independently.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook high-volume lunch items to order with consistency and quality.
  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before service begins
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the line and prep areas during and after service.
  • Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications.
  • Work efficiently under pressure and communicate effectively with the kitchen team.
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld at all times.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience as a line cook (independent/solo experience strongly preferred)
  • Solid knowledge of kitchen techniques (e.g. egg cookery, griddle, grill, sauté)
  • Ability to manage the kitchen and work independently.
  • Strong preparation and organization skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to take direction
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Food Handler’s Certification (or willingness to obtain)
