Hiring: Farm Team Member
Farm: Willo'Wind Farm

Location: Zephyr/Uxbridge, near Toronto, GTA, Ontario
Housing: Cabin accommodation is available on farm, but only for full time staff

Willo’ Wind Farm is looking for new team members for the remainder of the 2025 season!

We are located 1 hour north of Toronto in the rolling hills of Zephyr. Our farm is a busy and diverse place during the season. The majority of our business is our 15 acre market garden. We also raise pastured poultry and are in the process of establishing perennial orchards and food forests

The vegetables, meats, and farm products are sold directly to consumers through a CSA program and Farmers Markets in Uxbridge, Richmond hill and Toronto.

We are looking for hard working people to join our farm crew for the remainder of the 2025 season. Positions are available immediately.

We are looking to fill full and part-time positions from as little as 20 to 60 hrs. a week.

Experience is not necessary but preferred, especially experience in farmers markets or driving experience. Farming is hard physical labour, and all applicants must be able to meet demands of the job. That includes. Working in all weather conditions, able to lift minimum 50lbs, complete repetitive tasks, and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation starts at 18hr with vacation pay but is negotiable depending on work and experience, there is also opportunity for raises and bonuses. Team members also get free access to farm produce.
