Sea Bluff Farm is a special 10-acre piece of land with a unique micro-climate that grows especially delicious fruits and vegetables.  Within the Municipality of Metchosin where mild ocean breezes, the protection from old trees, and the gentle incline of the land all contribute to Sea Bluff being the ultimate spot to grow vegetables.  The soil had been nurtured through the decades by Bob Mitchell who had a passion for building beautiful soil.  Sasha and Robin continue Bob's legacy bringing Sea Bluff to the next level as an important food producer for the area.   

Agricultural Specialist Position

Sea Bluff Farm is looking for experienced Agricultural Specialist for the 2026 Season. Multi years experience in all fields listed below are required.

• Crop seeding, transplanting, maintenance, harvest and processing
• Greenhouse planting and maintenance
• Berry picking and maintenance
• Weeding systems mechanized and manual
• Irrigation systems fixed overhead, drip tape and manual
• Grounds maintenance: grass, weeds and invasives

Our good friends at Sweet Digz Farm termed the phrase “Heart Work” This sums up what we do and who we are at Sea Bluff. Is this you?

We are looking for farmhands that have the passion and drive to be a part of a high production, 10 acre Certified Organic, year round vegetable farm that focuses on feeding our community.

Positions are full time, hourly paid with take home veggies and access to many amenities at the farm.
