Organic vegetable, fruit trees & herbs, Community gardens

Help Wanted: Landscape Gardener / Community Organizer
Organization: PEI Farm Centre Association
Location: Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island

Hours: Part-time through the winter, Full-time through the garden seasons.

We are seeking someone to start as soon as possible to manage online sales of community garden plots and fruit trees.

Once spring arrives, the position will become full-time as part of our team managing organic vegetable, fruit and herb gardens.

Good computer skills are essential for managing online sales. Knowledge and experience in organic gardening are preferred, but the willingness to work as a team with the staff and communicate with volunteers and the community gardeners is more critical.

Please note that housing on Prince Edward Island, especially in Charlottetown, is challenging to find. Please only respond to this ad if you already live on PEI or have accommodations aligned that you can move into.
