FULL TIME: August to December, 2025

Are you ready to deepen your career in farming and work alongside a small, skilled team of dedicated growers? We’re looking for a motivated individual with at least one full season of vegetable farming experience to join our team for the upcoming season.

We are a successful, Certified Organic and Regenerative Farm producing over 50 varieties of vegetables for a thriving CSA, farmers’ markets, and wholesale accounts. Our farm is known for being focused, efficient, and well-organized — with systems in place to support excellence in production and a strong sense of purpose behind our work.

This position is ideal for someone who is serious about farming as a profession, not just a season. You’ll be part of a tight-knit crew of trained farmers who care deeply about their craft. Expect a fast-moving environment, clear expectations, and opportunities to grow your skills within a high-functioning team.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a minimum of one full season on a vegetable farm
  • Thrives in a structured, team-based setting
  • Is eager to build a career in organic/ regenerative farming
  • Communicates well and brings focus, energy, and a great attitude
  • Is comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Bonus points for experience with:

  • Harvesting and post-harvest handling
  • Greenhouse seeding or nursery work
  • Irrigation or tractor cultivation
  • CSA packing or market sales

What you can expect:

  • A beautiful, productive farm environment with high standards and strong systems
  • A serious and respectful team that values both precision and camaraderie
  • Clear training, steady feedback, and the chance to grow your responsibilities
  • The satisfaction of growing truly excellent vegetables, every single week

This is a physically active, hands-on role that requires attention to detail, a steady pace, and a love for purposeful outdoor work. If you’re looking for a farm where you can build on your experience, learn alongside other professionals, and contribute to something meaningful — we’d love to hear from you.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITY : Staff that remain with the farm past the first season will have opportunity to have increased roles in management and planning with pay raises based on demonstrated ability. Past staff members have become farm managers, market managers and crew managers. BONUS PERKS: Option to Work with Farm Animals, Lots of Free Farm Veg, Farm Team Social Nights, Access to affordable Staff Accomodations, Access to Farm Affiliation Memberships + Gear Discounts!

ACCOMMODATIONS: Shared accommodations are available if needed, in either a clean and attractive apartment or tiny house on the farm!

EXTENSION OF SCHEDULE: Opportunity for part-time work in winter months.

SCHEDULE: Full time staff work 5 days per week, plus approximately 2 market shifts per month.
